TRAINING CENTRES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 8

Removal of unsuitable inmates to prison

(1) If the Superintendent considers an inmate to be unsuitable for training in
a training centre, he shall cause such inmate to be brought before the board.

(2) The board shall examine the record of such inmate and afford him every
opportunity of showing cause why he should remain in the training centre
before it recommends to the Commissioner that the inmate be removed to prison
under section 7(2) of the Ordinance.
