TRAINING CENTRES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 7

Appointment of a board to make recommendations for inmate's discharge

(1) The Commissioner shall appoint for each training centre a board consisting
of the Superintendent, the officer-in- charge and such other officers as he
may select, to keep under review the progress of each inmate throughout the
period of his detention and to make recommendations touching his discharge.

(2) The board shall cause each inmate to be brought before it during the 6th
month after the date of his sentence, and his case shall thereafter be
reviewed by the board at monthly intervals. (L.N. 25 of 1974)
