TRAINING CENTRES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11
Food
No inmate shall receive or have in his possession any food other than that
authorized except-
(a) with the authority of the Superintendent; or
(b) with the authority of the medical officer, if a variation of diet is
desirable on medical grounds.
