EDUCATION (EXEMPTION) (PRIVATE SCHOOLS OFFERING NON-FORMAL CURRICULUM) ORDER - SECT 3
Exemption in respect of fees
An exempted school and its owners, managers, supervisor, principal and
teachers are exempted from the requirements of the provisions specified in
Part 1 of Schedule 1 subject to compliance with the conditions specified in
Part 2 of that Schedule.
