GRANT SCHOOLS PROVIDENT FUND RULES - RULE 5

Appointment of secretary and his duties

(1) The board shall as necessary elect from amongst its members a secretary
who shall summon such meetings as may be required by the board, of which he
shall give at least 7 days notice with an agenda for discussion.

(2) The secretary shall maintain minutes of each meeting and a record of the
members of the board from time to time.
