EDUCATION REGULATIONS - REGULATION 82
Permanent Secretary may require grant of holiday

(Past version on 30/06/1997).
The Permanent Secretary may by notice in writing to the responsible person of
any school require that a holiday shall be given on any day specified in such
notice and the responsible person shall ensure that such holiday is given
accordingly.
