Appointment of teachers

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

The management authority shall be responsible for issuing to all teachers
letters of appointment which shall set out- (27 of 2004 s. 70)

   (a)  conditions of service;

   (b)  salary scale; and

   (c)  conditions of termination of appointment.
