Accounts

The management authority of every school shall- (27 of 2004 s. 70)

   (a)  keep proper accounts;

   (b)  make the accounts and any vouchers relating to the accounts available
        at all reasonable times for inspection by the Permanent Secretary or
        any inspector of schools; and (3 of 2003 s. 14)

   (c)  retain the accounts and vouchers for a period of not less than 7
