Medical examination of teachers, pupils and employees

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) The Permanent Secretary may require any person employed in a school as
well as any teacher to submit to medical examination.

(2) The Permanent Secretary shall have power to require every teacher to
submit to an X-Ray examination by a government radiologist once every year and
may issue directions to teachers accordingly.

(3) The Permanent Secretary may require any pupil to submit to a medical
examination.
