EDUCATION REGULATIONS - REGULATION 46

Ablutions

(1) The premises of every school shall be equipped with adequate washing
facilities for pupils and teachers.

(2) Every school in premises designed and constructed for the purposes of a
school and providing secondary education shall, in addition, be equipped with
adequate changing rooms and bathing facilities for the pupils and teachers
concerned in such education, and such facilities shall be situated in close
proximity to any gymnasium or other space used for physical education by such
school.
