Notice requiring safety equipment against fire

(1) The Permanent Secretary may by notice in writing require the installation
of any apparatus or equipment necessary as a safeguard against fire or the
implementation of any other steps recommended by the officers of the Fire
Services Department. (3 of 2003 s. 14; 27 of 2004 s. 42)

(2) A notice under paragraph (1) shall be served on the management committee
or incorporated management committee (as may be appropriate) of the school
concerned. (27 of 2004 s. 42)

(3) A management committee or incorporated management committee on which a
notice under paragraph (1) is served shall comply with the notice. (27 of 2004
s. 42)
