Fire officers may inspect school premises
PART VI
FIRE PRECAUTIONS
(1) Any officer of the Fire Services Department may at all reasonable times
enter and inspect any school premises.
(2) No person shall obstruct an officer of the Fire Services Department in the
exercise of his powers under paragraph (1).
