Duties of teacher in charge of laboratory or store room

A teacher who is appointed under regulation 32 to be in charge of a
science laboratory or a store room shall-

   (a)  cause every poisonous substance and dangerous substance in such
        laboratory or store room-

        (i)    to be kept in a proper container clearly marked with the name
of the substance, and with the word "Dangerous" or the words "危險" or any
word or words of similar meanings; and (Amended 80 of 1997 s. 117)

        (ii)   to be stored in a locked room or cupboard, except when the
               substance is being used for the purpose of a lawful experiment
               in practical science which is carried out under the control of
               a teacher; and

   (b)  keep the key to such locked room or cupboard in his control.
