EDUCATION REGULATIONS - REGULATION 13
Restriction on gymnastics
No gymnastics or other form of physical education shall be permitted to take
place in any such school premises-
(a) in any room, except a room on the lowest floor of the premises; or
(b) on the roof of the premises.
