Application of Part III

PART III

SCHOOL IN PREMISES NOT DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SCHOOL

This Part applies to every school premises which are, in the opinion of the
competent authority for the purposes of section 12 of the Ordinance,
unsuitable for the purposes of a school having regard to the loading for which
they were designed and constructed. (L.N. 95 of 1993)
