Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 26 of 
the Mass Transit Railway (Land Resumption and Related Provisions) 
Ordinance (Cap 276) on the 27th July 1977.

RESOLVED that the rate of interest payable on compensation shall be the 
lowest rate paid from time to time by members of The Hong Kong Association 
of Banks on time deposits.  (76 of 1980 s. 24)
