Offences and penalties

Any person who contravenes regulation 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11 or 12 shall be
guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of
$1000 and to imprisonment for 6 months. (G.N.A. 27 of 1954; L.N. 96 of 1988)
