GRANT OF RIGHT TO RUN AND OPERATE TRAMWAY NOTICE - PARAGRAPH 2

Grant to Peak Tramways Company Limited

The Peak Tramways Company Limited is granted the right to run and operate the
tramway authorized by the Ordinance along the route specified section 3 of the
Ordinance, for a further period of 10 years commencing immediately after the
expiration of the period granted to the Peak Tramways Company Limited in
section 2A(1) of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1988)
