PEAK TRAMWAY (SAFETY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 6
Duties of engineering superintendent
A person employed as an engineering superintendent shall supervise the
operation and maintenance of the tramway including for that purpose the
carrying out of duties mentioned in this Part. (Enacted 1989)
