PEAK TRAMWAY (SAFETY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 18

Duties of operator

A person employed as an operator shall-

   (a)  ensure that the tramway is not operated for the carriage of passengers
        unless the doors of the tramcar are securely closed;

   (b)  monitor and observe the readings of the instruments of control of the
        tramcar when the tramway is operated for the carriage of passengers;
        and

   (c)  comply with any instructions issued under regulation 12. (Enacted
        1989)
