PEAK TRAMWAY (SAFETY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10

Duty to keep maintenance log

The engineering superintendent shall cause a log to be kept in relation to the
maintenance of the tramway which shall-

   (a)  specify the execution of any maintenance work carried out;

   (b)  state the components serviced, the condition of such components and
        the replacement of components; and

   (c)  include the names of the persons carrying out the maintenance work.
