PROTECTED PLACES (SAFETY) (AUTHORIZED GUARDS) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 4
Authorized guards in respect of protected places under control of Air Officer Commanding, Hong Kong
In respect of any protected place under the control of the Air Officer
Commanding, Hong Kong, or any officer of the Royal Air Force discharging the
duties of the Air Officer Commanding, Hong Kong, the following persons, that
is to say-
(a) any member of Her Majesty's armed forces; and
(b) any person employed by The Ministry of Defence (The Air Force
Department) as a member of its Police Force, are hereby authorized to
act as authorized guards.
