PROTECTED PLACES (SAFETY) (AUTHORIZED GUARDS) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 2
Authorized guards in respect of protected places under control of Senior Military Officer
In respect of any protected place under the control of the Senior Military
Officer in command of Her Majesty's regular troops in the Colony, the
following persons, that is to say-
(a) any member of Her Majesty's armed forces; and
(b) any person employed by The Ministry of Defence (The Army Department)
as a member of its Police Force, are hereby authorized to act as
authorized guards.
