LABOUR TRIBUNAL (SUITORS' FUNDS) RULES - RULE 8
Transfer of interest to general revenue
The registrar shall, at the end of each financial year or so soon thereafter
as may be practicable, pay into the general revenue of Hong Kong any interest
that has been credited to the Labour Tribunal Suitors' Funds Account.
