Ships to be treated as belonging to the United States of America VerDate:30/06/1997




(1)	For the purpose of this order a ship shall be treated as 
belonging to the United States of America if it is documented or 
registered under the law of any territory subject to the sovereignty or 
authority of the United States of America, excepting the Panama Canal Zone.

(2)	Nothing in this order shall apply to any ship of war.
