SECURITIES AND FUTURES COMMISSION (LEVY) (SECURITIES) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 2

Rate of levy under section 52(1)

(1) Subject to subparagraph (2), the rate of levy for the purposes of section
52(1) of the Ordinance shall be 0.013% of the consideration referred to in
that section.

(2) The rate of levy for the purposes of section 52(1) of the Ordinance shall,
on the sale and purchase of a stock option, be 0% of the consideration. (L.N.
