CHILD CARE SERVICES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 7

List of staff to be submitted to Director

(1) Within 14 days of the registration of a centre the operator shall submit
to the Director a list of all the staff appointed under regulation 5.

(2) Where any change occurs-

   (a)  in the supervisor appointed under regulation 5(1)(a), the operator
        shall inform the Director in writing of such change within 14 days of
        the occurrence;

   (b)  in the staff appointed under regulation 5(1)(b), the supervisor shall
        inform the Director in writing of such change within 14 days of the
