CHILD CARE SERVICES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4B

Right of appeal

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Director under regulation 4 refusing
an application by the person for inclusion in any register or removing his
name from a register may, within 28 days after receipt of a notice in relation
to that decision, appeal to the Administrative Appeals Board. (L.N. 272 of
