CHILD CARE SERVICES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 45P
Reports by fire officers
(Past version on 30/09/1997).
Officers of the Fire Services Department shall report to the Director on the
fire precautions available and may make recommendations as to any further
precaution necessary to preclude danger from fire. (Part VB added L.N. 272 of
1997)
