CHILD CARE SERVICES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 45O

Fire officers may inspect premises used as a mutual help child care centre

(Past version on 30/09/1997).

(1) Any officer of the Fire Services Department may at all reasonable times
enter and inspect any premises used as a mutual help child care centre.

(2) A person shall not obstruct an officer of the Fire Services Department in
the exercise of his powers under paragraph (1). (Part VB added L.N. 272 of
1997)
