CHILD CARE SERVICES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 42

Medical examination of children and employees

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) The Director may require any child or employee to submit to medical
examination.

(2) The Director may, in respect of any child or employee, require the
production of a medical certificate of fitness signed by a registered medical
practitioner.

(3) The Director may require any employee to submit to an X-Ray examination by
a Government radiologist once every year, and may issue directions
accordingly.
