CHILD CARE SERVICES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 22

Structural alterations

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Except with the consent in writing of the Director, there shall not be made-

   (a)  any structural alterations or additions to centre premises;

   (b)  any alteration to the toilet facilities or the sanitary arrangements
        of any centre or in the ventilation or lighting of a room therein;

   (c)  any subdivision of such a room.
