CHILD CARE SERVICES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 13
Non-resident children
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
(1) The Director may direct in writing that no children, other than
resident children, shall be on centre premises during such periods as he may
specify.
(2) No child to whom a direction under paragraph (1) applies shall be
permitted to be on the centre premises at any time during any period specified
by the Director in such direction.
