FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION (DECLARATION OF ARMS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 2
Declaration of arms
Every thing of a description specified in the Schedule, not being a weapon to
which the Weapons Ordinance ( Cap 217) applies, is declared to be within
the definition of "arms" for the purpose of the Ordinance. (L.N. 68 of 1991)
