Application for licences for possession and dealer's licence

(1) An application for a licence for possession by a person other than a
security guard shall be in a form approved by the Commissioner.

(2) An application for a licence for possession by a security guard shall be
in a form approved by the Commissioner. (97 of 1994 s. 34)

(3) An application for a dealer's licence shall be in a form approved by the
Commissioner. (97 of 1994 s. 34)

(4) Every application under this regulation for a licence shall be accompanied
by 2 full face passport-size photographs of the applicant.

(5) The Commissioner may require any applicant for a licence to furnish such
information (other than that contained in the application form) or such
explanation of information contained in the application form as the
Commissioner thinks fit.
