Powers and duties of Assistant Commissioner, Chief Superintendent and Senior Superintendent
(iiA) Assistant Commissioner, Chief Superintendent and Senior Superintendent

An Assistant Commissioner, a Chief Superintendent and a Senior Superintendent
may exercise all the powers and may perform all the duties conferred or
