PRISON RULES - RULE 76

Prohibition of communications

An officer of the Correctional Services Department who, without lawful
authority, makes any communication to any person that might reasonably be
capable of-

   (a)  interfering with the privacy of a prisoner; or

   (b)  affecting prison security, commits a breach of confidence and shall be
        liable to dismissal. (L.N. 275 of 1997)
