PRISON RULES - RULE 74

Prohibition of conveyance of property in and out of prison

An officer of the Correctional Services Department shall not bring in or carry
out, or knowingly allow to be brought in or carried out, of the prison any
article of private, or Government, property except in the execution of his
duty or with the authority of the Superintendent. (L.N. 30 of 1982)
