PRISON RULES - RULE 65
Certificate of the Medical Officer that a prisoner is fit for punishment
No prisoner shall be subjected to separate confinement unless the Medical
Officer has certified in writing that such prisoner is in a fit condition of
health to undergo such punishment. (L.N. 353 of 1981; L.N. 275 of 1997)
