PRISON RULES - RULE 40

Prohibition of employment of prisoner in unauthorized work

(1) A prisoner shall not be employed on any work not authorized by the
Commissioner nor shall he be employed in any disciplinary capacity.

(2) A prisoner shall not be employed in any capacity that is a position within
the establishment of a department or bureau of the Civil Service. (L.N. 353 of
