PRISON RULES - RULE 26

Adequate clothing to be supplied

   (c)  Clothing and Bedding

Every prisoner shall be provided with a complete outfit of clothing adequate
for warmth and health in accordance with a scale approved by the Commissioner
and shall wear such clothing and no other: Provided that special clothing may
be authorized by the Superintendent in special circumstances on the
recommendation of the Medical Officer.
