PRISON RULES - RULE 25

Intoxicating liquor and tobacco

(1) No prisoner shall be given or allowed to have any intoxicating liquor
except in pursuance of a written order of the Medical Officer specifying the
quantity to be given and the name of the prisoner for whose use it is
intended.

(2) No prisoner shall be allowed to smoke or to have in his possession any
tobacco except in accordance with such order as may be given by the
Commissioner.
