These rules made by the Governor in Council under section 25 of the Ordinance
before the commencement of the Prisons (Amendment) Ordinance 1969 (19 of 1969)
shall be deemed to have been made under that section, as amended by that
Ordinance, as if that section, as so amended, had been in force when these
rules were made. (See section 9 of the Prisons (Amendment) Ordinance 1969 (19
of 1969)).
