HONG KONG AUXILIARY POLICE FORCE REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11
Invaliding
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 76 of 1999 s. 3
Whenever any member is certified, by a medical board appointed by the Chief
Executive, unfit for further service on account of ill health, the
Commissioner shall inform such member in writing that he has been invalided
out of the Force and he shall thereupon cease to be a member.
