POLICE (DISCIPLINE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 29B

Disposal of exhibits

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) An appropriate tribunal may, in addition to any award made in any
proceedings, order the forfeiture of any property admitted in evidence as an
exhibit.

(2) Property ordered to be forfeited under paragraph (1) shall, after the
award has been confirmed and any appeal determined, be disposed of in such
manner as the Commissioner shall determine and, if sold, after the deduction
of expenses necessarily incurred in the sale, the proceeds of sale (if any)
shall be paid into the general revenue.

(3) Money ordered to be forfeited under paragraph (1) shall, after the award
has been confirmed and any appeal determined, be paid into the general
