MAGISTRATES (FEES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 3
Power of magistrate
The fee for affixing the signature of a magistrate may be dispensed with by
him in respect of income tax returns, pay and pension papers and documents
deemed by him to be of a similar class. (Enacted 1988)
