REMAND HOME RULES - RULE 3
Administration of Remand Home
(1) A Remand Home shall be administered by a Superintendent approved by the
Director. (L.N. 51 of 1973)
(2) The Superintendent shall keep a daily register in which shall be recorded
all admissions and discharges, all events of importance and all punishment
given under rule 12(2).
