CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (APPLICATIONS UNDER SECTION 16) RULES - RULE 8
Final determination of applications
On the final determination of any application the Registrar shall give to the
applicant, if he is in custody and has not been present at such final
determination, and to the Commissioner of Correctional Services notice of such
determination.
