CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (REFERENCE OF QUESTIONS OF LAW) RULES - RULE 6
Anonymity of respondent
The court shall ensure that the identity of the respondent is not disclosed
during the proceedings on a reference except where the respondent has given
his consent to the use of his name in the proceedings.
