CRIMINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 76

Warrant to secure attendance of appellant

An appellant who is in custody may, at any time before the determination of
his appeal, be brought before the Court of Appeal, or a judge or examiner, by
warrant under the hand of the Registrar in Form XXX.
